At some point, the Sonic Emitter Guns were developed by an unknown scientist for a classified project for the CIA until she mysteriously disappeared. In truth, she was secretly recruited by Project Cadmus in which she would successfully finish the devices.
My Adventures with Mad Science[]
While he was a "prisoner" of Monsieur Mallah and the Brain, Jimmy Olsen would be shown Mallah and Brain's lab in Cadmus. Inside, he would see the weapons on display, excitingly observing them.
