Siobhan McDougal, also known as Silver Banshee, is a supporting antagonist in My Adventures with Superman. She is a petty criminal and the leader of Intergang, who seeks to make herself and her gang the most respected criminals in Metropolis.

In the past, Siobhan, the criminal mastermind, led the small but daring Intergang, orchestrating criminal activities, next to her brother Kyle and his friend Andrew. However, Siobhan's luck ran out, leading to her capture and imprisonment on the formidable Stryker's Island Penitentiary. Relentless, she continues to plot, devising ald earn her and Intergang the respect they so desire.
In the present day, Mist and Rough House, the alter egos of Kyle and Andrew, use advanced technology that were stolen from Leslie Willis in to break Siobhan out of Stryker's Island. Once free, Kyle gives Siobhan a helmet that amplifies sound, and the trio embraces. With the enhanced helmet, Siobhan defeats the prison warden and guards, making their escape with the rest of the gang.
At their hideout in a boxing gym, Mist demonstrates the final piece of technology they received from the "crazy lady": a freeze ray that proves difficult to deactivate. Siobhan sees this as an opportunity to earn the respect they deserve and plans to use the freeze ray in a grand heist. Meanwhile, Clark Kent, Jimmy Olsen, and Lois Lane, eager to prove themselves as reporters, investigate Siobhan's escape and end up in her former prison cell. There, they find a drawing indicating plans to rob a bank, particularly the Metropolitan City Bank, the largest one in the city.
True to their intentions, Siobhan and Intergang secretly infiltrate the bank using Mist's technology, disabling security and freezing everyone inside. With the freeze ray, they breach the bank vault, and Siobhan employs her sonic scream to break open the frozen vault door. As they prepare to escape with the stolen money, a security guard they missed confronts them, informing them that the authorities have been alerted. Siobhan silences the guard with her scream, but this draws attention from the citizens outside, including Clark, Lois, and Jimmy.
Clark transforms into Superman to confront Intergang, engaging in a battle with Siobhan and Rough House. Mist tries to use the freeze ray against Superman, but it malfunctions and spirals out of control after Rough House's attempt to shut it off. The ray begins freezing the entire bank and poses a threat to Metropolis. Siobhan tries to resist its effects with her sonic powers but gets frozen herself. Superman manages to use his newly discovered heat vision to free himself and thaw the freeze ray, undoing its effects. He crushes Siobhan's helmet, leaving her and Intergang for the authorities. Unbeknownst to him, Slade Wilson sneaks into the bank disguised as a paramedic and smiles at the unconscious Intergang members.

Siobhan is a young woman with long grey hair and grey eyes. As Silver Banshee, she wears a high-tech white mask.
As a member of Task Force X, her mask has been painted to resemble a skull, having a skeletal nose and two black eyes. She also wears grey protective armor.

- Despite apparently being Kyle Nimbus's sister, she has a different last name to him. It's possible that one of them was adopted or a half-sibling.
