Appearance[]
Mr. Mxyzptlk appears to be a blue-skinned imp with tied white hair. He is first seen wearing purple clothing and an orange cape. Green pearls are worn around his neck. When he wears his bowler hat, it turns into a crown, his sclera turns black and he gains a third eye on his forehead.
Personality[]
When he first meets Clark, he appears friendly and jovial, recruiting the man of steel to save Lois. However, after Superman helps him break into the Museum of Heroes (being led to believe Lois was held captive), Mr. Mxyzptik quickly drops his facade and shows his true colors. Not only is he manipulative and amoral in his actions but also sadistic, cruel, and evil, referring to himself as a "chaos god" and holding the title like a badge of honor. He holds no value in human life and merely sees the multiverse as his playground. His reasons for spreading chaos in the multiverse is nonexistent, stating that he "lives for the drama" and mainly does it for fun.

- Imp physiology:
- Levitation: Mr. Mxyzptlk can float midair at will.
- Reality Warping: Like his comic book counterpart, Mr. Mxyzptik possesses the godlike ability to alter reality however he likes, though without his "bowler hat," which acts as an amplifier, he's much weaker and can be taken out by even Superman.

- Dimensional Travel: Mr. Mxyzptlk can travel through alternate dimensions.

- Imprisonment Immunity As a god/aspect of Chaos, Mxyzptlk cannot be sealed away or imprisoned as doing so goes against the very nature of Chaos.

- In the comics, Mister Mxyzptlk is an imp hailing from the Fifth Dimension, periodically visiting and haranguing Superman. He first appeared in 1944 in Superman #30.
- As his epithet as the God of Chaos, this version of Mxy may be a representation/aspect of the "Lords of Chaos" from the DC comics canon.
- His overall appearance bears a resemblance to the Supreme Kai from Dragon Ball Z.
- Mister Mxyzptlk's color pallet is based off of both the Golden Age version of the character as well as his Silver Age version. His jacket and bell-bottoms are purple, with orange highlights, thus mirroring Golden Age Mxyzptlk while also being a reversal of the Silver Age's costume. His white hair subsequently is the same as in the Silver Age.
