Leader Lois appears to be a mature adult version of Lois Lane, having the people skills necessary to manage her other selves and taking responsibility for the safety of the multiverse. She comes across as friendly and even a bit maternal, always being polite and providing her Earth 12 counterpart with information about her mission.
However, she is actually a serious individual willing to neutralize any threat to the multiverse, even those she perceives as a threat like alternate versions of Superman.

Leader Lois resembles Lois Lane in her late 30s or early 40s, being taller than the Lois of Earth 12 and curvier in physique. She wears a League uniform and has her black hair cut short with one longer bang covering the right of her brow. She has small, black earrings, and her distinctive facial features are that she has small age lines under her eyes.
