The Kinetic Hammer is the main weapon of the Steel Mech Suit created by Dr. John Irons. After the incident at Amertek, the hammer would later be acquired by Lex Luthor after LexCorp absorbed Iron's company. However, Irons would later acquire the hammer once again after he joined the Cavalry to stop Brainiac's invasion of Earth.

- The Kinetic Hammer is a technological sledgehammer that can store the energy it has gathered the farther it is thrown. It first appear in Steel (Vol 2) #40 in July 1997, and was created by Christopher Priest and Vincent Giarrano.
