Earth-Prime is an alternate Earth from an alternate universe within the My Adventures with Superman Multiverse. It is where Lois Lane (Earth-Prime) comes from, who is also the former leader of the League of Lois Lanes.
History[]
In this universe, Lois Lane was a reporter, explorer and adventurer. She at some point in time worked with her universe's Superman. Lois somehow discovered the Multiverse without the help of her Superman and created the League of Lois Lanes, a group of Lois Lanes from across the Multiverse that help protect the Multiverse from Superman and other threats.

- In the episode Kiss Kiss Fall in Portal, there is large confusion about Earth-Prime as Earth-Prime is called three different names; first Earth-12 (by Mr. Mxyzptlk), then Earth-1 (by Leader Lois), and then it is referred to Earth-Prime by the League of Lois Lanes supercomputer files with another reality entirely being referred to as Earth-1 and Superman's reality being referred to as Earth-12.
- In the comics Earth-Prime is basically DC comics version of the real world (aside from Earth-Q) with the only superhuman being Superboy-Prime.
- Given the appearance of this world’s Lois, this world appears to be based on the 1940s Max Fleischer Superman theatrical shorts, the first animated adaptation of Superman. The high quality of animation for the time and memorable art style would be influential decades later when Bruce Timm and his animation team used it as a template to establish the DC Animated Universe starting with Batman: The Animated Series.
