Earth-1 is an alternate reality within the My Adventures with Superman Multiverse, it is where a version of Lois Lane who is going to meet with Sam Lane is from.

Not much is known of this reality; however, when Lois Lane snuck into the League of Lois Lanes' computer file room she found out about this reality. Apparently, the Lois Lane of this reality is ready to meet with her reality's Sam Lane.

- In Kiss Kiss Fall in Portal, two realities are referred to as "Earth-1", first Earth-Prime by Leader Lois and then this reality by the League of Lois Lanes' computer file room.
- In the comics, "Earth-One" was the original reality before it got destroyed in Crisis on Infinite Earths, later on Post-Crisis Earth-1/Earth 1 is a reality where superheroes are just starting out their careers.
