A doppelgänger in the Multiverse is an alternate of someone that comes from a different universe within the Multiverse. In My Adventures with Superman, there have been several doppelgängers of Lois Lane that have formed a group to deal with bad alternates of Superman.
There have been doppelgängers of Superman, the Brain, Monsieur Mallah, even one of Jimmy Olsen.
