The Daily Planet Building is the main headquarters of the Daily Planet newspaper company located within Metropolis.
History[]
During Parasite's rampage throughout Metropolis, the staff of the building shut off the power to starve the attacker, cheering on Superman.[1]
When Amazo first escaped Checkmate, he lumbered through Metropolis to try and find Superman, his malfunctioning powers damaging the Daily Planet building.[2]
For Valentine's Day 2024, Clark sought to surprise Lois Lane with soup on the roof, with everyone he voiced the idea to thinking it an unsatisfyingly romantic idea.[3] After Brainiac's invasion, the two enjoyed soup on the roof alongside Jimmy Olsen and Kara before a fire caught the attention of the El cousins.[4]
