After receiving a large inheritance from his deceased father, along with being inspired by Superman to fight for Justice, Oliver Queen becomes the Green Arrow. It's not easy, however. After word of another masked hero, Amanda Waller send Deathstroke to recruit Green Arrow to Task Force X, made up of familiar faces and newcomers alike. After joining them on a mission to Vlatava to take down the evil leader, Count Vertigo... or so he thinks. upon finding out that Task Force X is helping the count control the nation in exchange for crashed Kryptonian tech, he leaves the team. but it's not long before he's traveling the globe running from Task Force X, and meeting allies along the way.
